Charlottesville, we love you more and more each time we play here. This weekend we graced the stage of your crown jewel – The Jefferson Theater. We think ol’ TJ himself would have dug this show, as we shared the bill with the excellent Eddie from Ohio. They’re true veterans of the scene, and even if they’re not on the road 300 days a year anymore, they’re still bringing their A-game to every part of their performance. We were honored to join them on stage for “Operator” and an encore of “The Weight.” The whole night was a blast, but nothing could quite top Tony’s dancing and sublime tambourine-ing to close out the show. Ice storms and holiday gridlock be damned, ya’ll came out in full force like you always do and we love you for it.
