What a way to ring in the season of thanks. We had a run of truly fantastic shows these past few weeks with such incredible fans that remind us of why we do what we do. Our show at Cafe Nine in Eben’s hometown of New Haven was an absolute gas, and our uber-talented videographer pal Travis Carbonella captured some fantastic and really vibey footage that we’ll be sharing very shortly.
We also hit up two of New England’s finest and most historic music series – The Sounding Board in West Hartford, CT and the Rose Garden Coffeehouse in Mansfield, MA. So much talent has graced those intimate rooms over the past decades and it’s an honor to be a part of that continuing tradition.
We also made the rounds at a few funky clubs that are quickly becoming our regular stomping grounds – the legendary Nectar’s in Burlington, VT and the ever idiosyncratic Cyber Cafe West in Binghamton. Big love to our good pals Joey and Jacqueline from the Binghamton band Milkweed, who we met last time we were there and who always show us the utmost hospitality. Gotta love musicians helping musicians, and we do our best to pay it forward ourselves.
May your Thanksgiving be as filled with love and blessings as these last weeks have been for us!
